FAQ'S

Where would you install a retaining wall?
You should consider installing retaining walls for erosion prevention. They are also used for the beautification of an area.

Do you handle different paver manufacturers?
Yes, we deal with different suppliers to obtain a wide variety of shapes and colors for our customers.

As a homeowner, why shouldn't I attempt to install the pavers myself?
We don’t recommend homeowners installing pavers. It is a craft and it takes a long time before you can become skilled in doing an excellent job of installing them.

Are you able to cut pavers so they fit around circular objects?
Yes, we take special care in making the necessary cuts so the pavers fit around circular objects.

What about water drainage off my patio?
Yes, water actually runs off the surface of the pavers as if it were a solid slab and very little water drains into the sand. It is important to consider slope when planning your patio.

What is the difference between a brick and a paver?
Bricks are made of fired clay. Pavers are made of colored concrete molded into various shapes.

Why are pavers better than concrete or bricks?
The joints between pavers eliminate cracking that is normal to conventional asphalt and concrete pavements.

What goes between the pavers?
We fill the joints between the pavers with masonry sand.

Can dirty or broken pavers be replaced?
Yes, you can be assured of replacement pavers by keeping extras from the job. When replacing a paver, scrape out the sand in the joints from those surrounding the paver to be removed. Use two screwdrivers to wiggle the paver out. Others can be removed by hand. Insert the new paver, replace the joint sand, and compact the paver into place with a rubber mallet.

What is the smallest job your company will handle?
Our company will bid on any size job.
